Baby Gouda. Semi hard. Named for the farm, Highlander is their creamiest cheese. It is encased in red cheesewax, then aged a minimum of 60 days.
Served with house-made jams, Green Meadow Farm raw honey & seasonal fruit, our house-made pickles & pickled mustard seed.

This umami-laden mushroom patty (lion's mane mushrooms from Mycopolitan) resembles a crab cake in appearance and texture, but the flavor is all earth. Pan seared and served over a bed of local, lightly dressed arugula. Topped with our samurai sauce made with house mayo, sambal, and créme fraiche.
